DSPL2 TA Academy: Cohort 1, Year 2
We are really pleased to be able to offer a Year 2 programme for all of our colleagues who have competed the DSPL2 TA Academy this year (2024/25).
In Year 2 we aim:

To enhance our TAs knowledge and expertise

To empower our TAs to continue to support some of our most vulnerable young people

To reflect on barriers and successes from last years training programme
We will be working in partnership with DSPL2 professionals to provide supervision and solution circles around the themes of the year 1 training programme. We will be creating time for colleagues to share ideas and support.
